1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ng999 ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") with respect to your access to and use of all services offered on the ng999 website, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, promotional offers, customer support, and account management tools.

3 Account Registration & Verification

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ng999 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the ng999 platform:

7 Responsible Gaming

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to register or maintain more than one ng999 account.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or chargeback abuse.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the ng999 account.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over ng999 or other players.
• Evidence of collusion with other players.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or cooling-off request.
• Account inactivity in accordance with the inactive account policy described in Section 4.

Upon account closure, ng999 will process any legitimate balance remaining in the account after deducting any sums owed to ng999, including but not limited to unmet wagering requirements on active bonuses, any amounts subject to investigation, and any processing fees applicable under these Terms.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their ng999 account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. ng999 will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests already in the processing queue at the time of the closure request.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable offshore gaming regulations. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through ng999's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body at ng999's discretion. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
